1. Who We Are
Creatorscon Technologies (“Creatorscon”, “we”, “us”) operates the creatorscon.pk platform. We are a Pakistan-based company connecting creators with brands through AI-powered matchmaking and escrow-protected payments.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
Name, email address, phone number, city, country, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). For creators: social media handles, follower counts, engagement rates, niches, and bio. For brands: company name, industry, website, and budget range.
Payment information
Bank account details for creator payouts. Transaction records including amounts, dates, and booking references. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers.
Usage data
Pages visited, searches performed, bookings made, messages sent through the AI chat, and campaign performance metrics.
Social media data
When you connect a social account (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), we may import your public profile information, follower count, and engagement rate with your explicit consent. This data is used to verify your profile and display accurate metrics to brands.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account
- To match creators with brands based on niche, reach, and budget
- To process payments through our escrow system
- To train and operate AI agents on behalf of creators (using only the creator’s own data)
- To prevent fraud and enforce our terms of service
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, payment notifications)
- To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
- Between parties to a booking: Brands see the creator’s public profile, rates, and campaign deliverables. Creators see the brand’s company name and brief.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and standard payment processors for financial transactions.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by Pakistani law, court order, or government request, including obligations under PECA 2016.
5. AI and Automated Processing
Our AI features (search parsing, creator matching, inquiry responses, and bio generation) process user-provided text to generate responses. AI-generated content is always labelled. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Creator training samples are used exclusively for their own AI agent.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all traffic
- HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, and other security headers
- JWT-based authentication with automatic token rotation
- Password hashing (never stored in plain text)
- Row-level security on database access
- Rate limiting on authentication and API endpoints
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account, your data is retained for a 30-day grace period (during which you can reactivate). After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted.
Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Pakistani tax law (Income Tax Ordinance, 2001).
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through your account settings and dashboard
- Correct inaccurate information by editing your profile
- Delete your account and associated data through the deactivation flow
- Export your data by contacting us at the address below
- Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., social media imports)
9. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, when present, are aggregated and do not track individual users across websites.
10. Children’s Privacy
Creatorscon is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
